E P Aeration works with engineering and design companies
to provide wastewater treatment systems for municipalities, agricultural
operations, aquaculture, and food processing facilities. Backed by a five
year guarantee to be odorless, sludge-free and meet treatment requirements,
our bottom laid, fine bubble aeration systems feature some of the highest
Oxygen Transfer Efficiencies in the industry. Click

ADS wastewater treatment is an aerated facultative
lagoon system featuring bottom-laid, fine bubble aeration with
tapered treatment. As waste enters the primary treatment cell
(on the left) the diffuser tubing is spaced closely together in
lines running perpendicular to the flow of wastewater. The condensed
spacing provides high levels of mixing and oxygen transfer to
meet the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD). As the waste moves through
the system, the tubing is space out more and more to allow settling
of solids. The final cell can be covered, baffled, and or contain
a bacterial growth media for enhanced treatment allowing us to
achieve effluent water quality that was previously thought impossible
with a lagoon system.

As the graph above indicates, significant
energy savings can be realized by switching from a surface aerator
to an ADS sub-surface, fine bubble aeration system. In fact, we
can save you enough energy to qualify you for a rebate from your
energy perveyor. Please click the link below to view our independently
tested oxygen tranfer rates.
