E P Aeration's systems
and components have been used in a variety of different "special"
applications. Whether it's tank aeration or creating a bubble curtain
to prevent upstream migration of monk seals, the uses for our equipment
is only limited by our imagination.

Designed to remove iron
and manganese from irrigation water at a citrus grove, this system
consists of a single 1/3rd horsepower compressor, 2 gram/hr. ozone
generator, and fifty feet of our triple cut tubing. The valved
and conical shaped bottoms of the two 2500 gallon contact tanks
are perfect for collecting and disposing of preciptated metals.

Air/ozone
manifolds to the two large tanks.
An EP-LK mini air and a smaller ozone generator (right side of
board) were sufficient to treat the water in the two large tanks.
Note the air/ozone PVC manifold between the two devices.

This fire suppression pond
at a commercial/industrial facility in San Luis Obispo, CA utilizes
a single air diffuser powered by a one third horsepower air compressor.
The purpose of the system is to ensure that the water is clean
and clear of sediments so that if a fire occurs, the water delivery
system operates efficiently and will not clog filters or sprinklers.

E P Aeration has done a number of such installations, not just for commercial agricultural applications, but also for residential water supplies from wells with high iron and/or manganese – and often hydrogen sulfide gas – in the water.
Holding tanks are ideal for this kind
of oxygenation. High levels of metals and hydrogen sulfide can destroy
or clog fixtures and valves, whether in a residence or in commercial
applications. Call today to find out if and how E P Aeration can help
you with your own special application.
